Update to Notice #2025-010 – Availability of Vidanova e-Banking & Mobile Banking
Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to provide an important update regarding the availability of our online banking services following the implementation of the Caribbean Guilder (XCG).

Contrary to what was previously communicated in Notice #2025-010 dated March 25, 2025, please note that Vidanova e-Banking and Vidanova Mobile Banking will be available to the public as of 09:00 AST (GMT -04:00) on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, and not at 08:00 AST (GMT -04:00) as initially announced.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we finalize the transition to the new currency.
