Delay in Incoming Local Transfers |
|
| Dear Valued Customer,
Following the system upgrade completed on Saturday morning, November 8, 2025, in connection with the implementation of the ISO 20022 international payment standards, we are currently experiencing a technical issue causing a delay in processing incoming local transfers received from other local banks through the Instant Payment system to Vidanova Bank. At this time, these incoming transfers are not being processed straight-through, resulting in a temporary delay in crediting beneficiary accounts. All affected transactions will be processed accordingly by Monday, November 10, 2025. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we finalize post-upgrade adjustments to ensure full restoration of normal processing. |
