Important Notice – End of Support for Android 9
Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that our vendor has advised us that, effective September 3, 2026, the Vidanova Mobile Banking app will no longer support devices running Android 9.

Customers currently using Android 9 will no longer be able to use the Vidanova Mobile Banking app after this change.

To continue using Vidanova Mobile Banking, affected customers are required to upgrade their device to a supported Android version. If your current device cannot be upgraded, you will need to use a compatible device with a newer Android version.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We look forward to continuing to provide you with a secure and innovative banking experience.
