Dear Valued Customer,

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with our Mastercard Debit Cards when used outside of Curaçao. This issue does not affect transactions in USD, EUR, and GBP. Our team is actively working to resolve this matter and restore full functionality as soon as possible.

Please rest assured that our technical teams are addressing this with the highest priority. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
