Update on Service Delays Following System Maintenance

Dear Valued Customer,

Following our scheduled system maintenance on Saturday, November 30th, 2024, as communicated in Notice # 2024-038, we have experienced an exceptionally high volume of inquiries and transactions.

This has resulted in longer queues at our branch and delays in responding to emails and WhatsApp messages. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and want to assure you that we are working diligently to address your requests as quickly as possible.

Additionally, we are pleased to inform you that the technical issue affecting outgoing emails related to Online Banking, as outlined in the Notice # 2024-039, has been fully resolved. This issue previously caused delays in receiving one-time passwords (OTPs) and login confirmations. All related services are now operating normally.
