Dear Valued Customer,

As part of our ongoing commitment providing first-class service to all our customers, please be advised that we have scheduled a system maintenance on the following date(s):

  • Starting Friday August 16th, 2024 at 21:00 AST (GMT -04:00) ending Friday August 16th, 2024 at 22:00 AST (GMT -04:00);

Accessibility to the following units during the downtime will not be possible:
  • Vidanova e-Banking
  • Vidanova Mobile Banking
After this update, there will be a change in our Standing Order/Recurring Payment fees. All Standing Orders/Recurring Payments created via e-Banking will be charged a reduced fee of ANG 1.06 per transaction for local transfers and transfers to other Vidanova bank accounts. Please refer to our updated fee schedule for more information by clicking here.
