Update #2 – System Maintenance Tuesday, June 3, 2025

In connection with the ongoing service disruption, we have scheduled a system maintenance window to help resolve the issue and restore full functionality.

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering first-class service to all our customers, we would like to inform you of a scheduled system maintenance on the following date(s):

  • Beginning: Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 23:00 AST (GMT -04:00)
  • Ending: Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 03:00 AST (GMT -04:00)

During this period, access to the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

  • Vidanova e-Banking
  • Vidanova Mobile Banking
  • ATM Terminals
  • POS Terminals
  • Mastercard Debit Cards
