Key New Features and Enhancements:
- New Retail Dashboard:
- A new dashboard now provides an intuitive overview of your accounts, upcoming payments, and frequently paid billers and beneficiaries. It’s easier than ever to access vital account information and initiate transactions.
- Improved Mobile and Browser Experience:
- Our mobile app now includes a floating menu for faster navigation, and new options for quick actions to make account management more efficient.
- Advanced Security Features:
- We’ve added dynamic password policy rules, reveal-password functionality, and various PIN options for your enhanced protection.
- Our new FDA Authenticator system offers secure One-Time Password (OTP) generation and validation for transaction authorizations. With this enhancement, the use of the Entrust Software token will no longer be required, as OTP functionality is now embedded directly in our mobile banking application, providing you with a seamless, all-in-one solution for secure transactions.
- Authorization Options and Alerts:
- For transactions initiated from unregistered devices, customers will receive push notifications to registered devices for added security. This feature is configurable, allowing authorization alerts via push or email.
- Secure Messaging Enhancement:
- You can now create and reply to secure messages directly from the Vidanova e-Banking mobile app, allowing safe and efficient communication with our team wherever you are.
- Business Access through Mobile Banking App:
- Business account holders can now conveniently access their accounts through the Vidanova e-Banking mobile app, streamlining account management and enabling business operations on the go.
