Before You Travel

  • Please notify us of your travel plans prior to your departure. This allows us to better support your card usage while you are overseas and helps minimize the risk of transaction interruptions.
  • Ensure that you know your Visa Card PIN before traveling, as many merchants and ATMs abroad require PIN verification.

Need to Regenerate Your PIN?
If you would like to regenerate your PIN, you may do so by:

  • Sending a secure message through Vidanova Online Banking; or
  • Contacting us via WhatsApp at +5999 732 2900.
