Vidanova Group launches innovative accessibility features across its websites

The Vidanova Group is proud to announce the integration of advanced accessibility tools on all its websites, reaffirming its commitment to inclusivity and innovation.
As the first and only financial services group in Curaçao to implement such functionality, Vidanova is setting a new standard for online accessibility, ensuring that all visitors, regardless of ability or age, can easily access and interact with its digital platforms.

The integration of ReadSpeaker’s WebReader and DocReader brings cutting-edge text-to-speech technology to the group’s websites, enabling visitors to have content read aloud by a natural and friendly voice.
These features cater specifically to individuals with cognitive or visual impairments while also enhancing the user experience for all clients, including older adults and non-native speakers.

On the website of Vidanova Bank, these tools work alongside Genie, the chatbot introduced to enhance customer service. While Genie continues to assist clients by answering frequently asked questions and guiding them through the bank’s information and services, the new text-to-speech functionality further ensures that content is accessible to all visitors. Together, these features represent a holistic approach to creating an inclusive and user-friendly online experience.
