Update: Technical Issues Vidanova e-Banking

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to provide an update regarding the previously communicated technical issue affecting Vidanova e-Banking services.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue has been partially resolved. Access to e-Banking via the web platform and the iOS mobile application has been successfully restored and is currently available.

Please note that the Android mobile application remains temporarily unavailable. Our technical team continues to work diligently to resolve the remaining issue and restore full service as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may continue to cause and thank you for your patience and understanding. A further update will be shared once full functionality has been restored across all platforms.
