Update: Incoming Local Transfer Issue Resolved

Dear Valued Customer,

Further to Notice #2025-042 regarding delays with incoming local transfers through the Instant Payment system, we are pleased to inform you that the technical issue was resolved late last night.

All incoming funds have since been processed accordingly, and normal straight-through processing of local transfers to Vidanova Bank has been fully restored.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this brief disruption and appreciate your continued trust in Vidanova Bank.
