Transition to the Caribbean Guilder (XCG) |

| Dear Valued Customer,
In preparation for the introduction of the Caribbean Guilder (XCG) as the new currency for Curaçao and Sint Maarten, we wish to inform you of the upcoming transition schedule, system downtime, and important changes that will take effect. XCG Implementation: Preparation, Downtime & Testing
During this period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

| Additionally, please note that on Monday, March 31, 2025, our branch will close to the public at 12:00 noon to facilitate internal preparations for the currency transition. We kindly ask you to plan your in-branch visits accordingly and any urgent banking activities prior to this scheduled maintenance. | |
| Post-Implementation Changes – Effective April 1, 2025 Following the successful implementation of the XCG currency:

| No action is required on your part for this automatic conversion.
Our branch will reopen on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 08:00 AST, and we will begin offering the new XCG coins and banknotes to the public. The ATM located at our Bank building will begin dispensing XCG as of April 1, 2025. Our other ATM locations will follow during the course of the day as updates are completed.
