Temporary Issue with Vidanova Mastercard Debit Card Acceptance at Banco di Caribe POS Terminals

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you of a temporary technical issue affecting the acceptance of your Vidanova Mastercard Debit Card at Banco di Caribe POS terminals.

Due to communication issues between Banco di Caribe’s POS and our card system, our debit cards may currently not be accepted at their point-of-sale (POS) terminals. Banco di Caribe has acknowledged the issue and indicated that it may take up to 10 days to fully resolve this matter.

Please note that your Vidanova Mastercard Debit Card continues to work normally at:

  • All other local and international POS terminals
  • ATMs
  • Online transactions

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while this external issue is being addressed.
