We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing technical issues affecting both outgoing and incoming Instant Payments.

As a result, Instant Payment transactions may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. In the case of incoming Instant Payments, transactions may be returned to the originator. Our technical teams are working diligently to resolve the matter and restore the service as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
