Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a technical issue that is affecting the functionality of our Mastercard Debit Cards. As a result, some transactions may not be processed as expected.

Our technical teams are actively working to resolve the issue and restore full service as quickly as possible. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely apologize for any disruption.

We will keep you updated as soon as more information becomes available. In the meantime, if you require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.
