Dear Valued Customer,

We are pleased to inform you that the issue affecting the international functionality of our Mastercard Debit Cards has been resolved. You should now be able to use your card seamlessly when traveling or transacting outside of Curaçao.

Update on WhatsApp Alerts Issue:
Our team is continuing to work diligently on resolving the WhatsApp Alerts issue, which has been causing some clients to receive duplicate notifications. We understand that this may be inconvenient, and we are committed to restoring normal alert functionality as soon as possible.
