Service Notification – POS System Technical Issue

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a technical issue affecting our POS system.

Our technical teams are actively working to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We understand the impact this may have on your business operations and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Reminder: As communicated in Notice #2025-034 dated August 1, 2025, all merchant-related inquiries and support requests should now be directed to Vidanova Bank, and not to Girasol Payment Solutions (GPS).
