Scheduled POS Terminal Update – Action Required

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that a scheduled update will be performed on all our POS machines on Sunday, August 31, 2025.

To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any disruption to your services, we kindly request that you take the following steps:

  1. Settle your POS machine on Saturday, August 30, immediately after processing your final transaction of the day.
  2. Reboot your POS machine on Sunday, August 31 or before beginning your business operations on Monday, September 1, 2025.

These steps are essential to ensure the update is successfully applied and that your POS machine continues to operate efficiently.

Reminder: As communicated in Notice #2025-034 dated August 1, 2025, all merchant-related inquiries and support requests should now be directed to Vidanova Bank, and not to Girasol Payment Solutions (GPS).
