Issues with WhatsApp Alerts and Mastercard Debit Card Usage Abroad

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you of two temporary issues currently affecting our services at Vidanova Bank. Our team is actively working to resolve these matters as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience caused.

1. WhatsApp Alerts Issue:
Due to a technical glitch, some clients may have received duplicate WhatsApp alerts. While no additional charges are associated with these notifications, we understand that the repeated alerts may be disruptive. We appreciate your patience as we address this issue.

2. Mastercard Debit Card Usage Abroad:
We are currently experiencing an issue with the international functionality of our Mastercard Debit Cards, which may affect usage when traveling or transacting outside of Curaçao. Our team is working diligently to restore normal service as soon as possible.
