ISO 20022 Standards – Required Address Information for International Transfers

Dear Valued Customer,

As part of the global transition to ISO 20022 international payment standards, effective November 10, 2025, all international transfers will require complete address details of both the sender and the beneficiary.

To ensure smooth and timely processing of your payments, please make sure that the following information is included when submitting an international transfer:

  • Full Name of the Beneficiary (no abbreviations)
  • Street Name and Number
  • City and Postal Code
  • Country

For your convenience, the Vidanova e-Banking screens will be updated with the necessary fields to capture this information.

If you are not yet using Vidanova e-Banking, we kindly invite you to enroll today (click here) to benefit from faster and smoother processing of your international payments.
