Rollout of 3D Secure for Visa Transactions
Dear Valued Customer,

With reference to notice # 2024-002, we are pleased to announce the implementation of 3D Secure (3DS) for Visa Credit- & Prepaid card transactions. This additional security measure helps protect your online purchases by requiring a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification.

The OTP will be delivered to the email address registered with Vidanova Bank. This extra authentication step ensures added protection against unauthorized card use.

What to Expect: When you make an online transaction with your Visa Credit- & Prepaid card, you may be prompted to enter an OTP, which will be sent from the following email address:

Please ensure that this email address is added to your safe senders list (and/or address book) to avoid any delays or missed communications.
