Important Notice Regarding Visa Card Transaction Verification
Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that Fiserv Panama, the bank’s credit card processor, acting on behalf of Vidanova Bank, may contact you to verify transactions made with your Visa card that have been flagged as potentially suspicious.
These calls will come from the phone number +507 303 2100.

During these calls, you will be asked to confirm whether the transaction in question was made by you:

  • If you confirm the transaction is valid, your card will be released from block.
  • If you do not recognize the transaction, your card will be temporarily blocked for your protection.

To ensure timely assistance, please contact Vidanova Bank the next business day between 08:00 and 17:00 AST (GMT -04:00) to follow up and take the necessary steps.

This process is part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding your card and ensuring secure usage.
