Delay in Outgoing Local Transfers

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a technical issue causing a delay in processing outgoing local transfers from Vidanova Bank to other local banks through the Instant Payment system.

As a result, these outgoing transfers are not being processed straight-through, which may temporarily delay the receipt of funds by beneficiaries at other banks. Our technical team is actively working to resolve the issue, and all affected transactions will be processed accordingly once normal operation is restored.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
