Personal Credit Card Application (Classic/Gold)

To process your application, please provide the following:

• The applicant must maintain an active current account with Vidanova Bank
• A copy of a valid identification document
• Your last three (3) salary slips
• An employment letter
• Bank statements of your salary account for the past three (3) months (if not held with Vidanova Bank)
• An overview of your fixed monthly expenses (e.g., utilities, loans, and credit cards with other banks)

Business Credit Card Application (Business)

To process your application, please provide the following:

• The applicant must maintain an active current account with Vidanova Bank
• Valid identification of the applicant
• A Chamber of Commerce extract (KVK), not older than six (6) months
• The last two (2) balance sheets
• A profit and loss statement for the same financial year as the balance sheet
