Agency/Investment Officer

The Agency/Investment department in Vidanova Bank is responsible for the management and administration of a number of consortium loans and bonds as well as custody services.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Custody and brokerage services:
  o Safekeeping/depository of securities
  o Processing buy/sell orders on behalf of clients
  o Corporate action handling
• Operational support of (Loan) Agency department
  o Calculating and reviewing of loan related payments
  o Processing of loan related payments
  o Preparing periodic reports
  o Periodic review of loan compliance

Background and competences:

• Bachelor/HBO degree in finance or comparable with minimum 5 years experience
• Analytical
• Hands on and detail oriented
• Flexible and able to multitask
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and verbal)
